What kind of paper do you use? We take our quality seriously. Our designs are printed on 250gsm art card paper, which ensures the colors stay vibrant and the paper feels premium to the touch.

Do you accept custom pet portrait commissions? Right now, we are focusing on our curated collections. However, we are a family-run creative team, so feel free to drop us a DM on instagram or Email.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping? On orders below $30, it's $2.50 for local tracked shipping. For orders $30 and above, shipping is free. For international orders, please reach out to us.  

How long will it take to get my order? Please allow 3-5 business days for us to pack and send your order out.

Do you offer pickup options instead of shipping? Email us if you need!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Because art prints are delicate and printed to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This ensures that every print sent out is brand new and untouched.

My print arrived damaged/bent! What do I do? Oh no! We pack our prints with extra rigid protection, but sometimes the journey can be rough. If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, please:

1. Take a photo of the damage (and the packaging)

2. Email us at lorongahzoo@gmail.com with your Order ID within 48 hours of receiving it.
