All Sales Are Final Because our art prints are delicate, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. We want to ensure every print sent out is in pristine condition, which makes restocking returned items difficult.
Damages & Issues That said, if your order arrives damaged, bent, or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, we will absolutely make it right!
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong, snap a photo and email us at lorongahzoo@gmail.com immediately so we can sort out a replacement or refund for you.
